As a junior mining company, our strategy is to begin with entry level ventures that are capital light, scalable, and cash generating while positioning for larger projects.

• Aggregates & Quarrying Operations: Supplying construction materials (sand, stone, aggregates) to the booming infrastructure sector.

• Small Scale Gold & Coal Partnerships: Collaborating with larger miners via contract mining, joint ventures, or supply agreements.

• Reclamation & Tailings Processing: Reprocessing mine dumps for gold and other minerals (low capex, proven revenue streams).

Likhaya Resources Group provides professional artisan engineering services including welding, boiler-making, fitting, and electrical work, delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality solutions for industrial and mining operations. Ventures:

• Welding Services: Professional metal fabrication, structural welding, repairs, and maintenance for industrial and mining equipment.

• Boiler-making: Manufacturing, installation, and repair of steel structures, tanks, pipes, and heavy-duty components.

• Fitting Services: Precision installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.

• Electrical Services: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and industrial power solutions.

Mining and industrial growth require logistics solutions . As a youth owned Level 1 B BBEE enterprise, we are positioned to capture contracts through efficiency and empowerment credentials.

• Bulk Material Transport: Moving aggregates, coal, ore, and construction inputs to industries and sites.

• Specialized Mining Logistics: Haulage of explosives, fuel, and mining consumables under compliance.

• Warehouse & Distribution Solutions: Storage and movement of goods for SMEs and mining contractors.

• Cross Border Logistics (SADC): Expanding into Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Botswana for import/export transport.

• Smart Logistics Solutions: Implementing technology (tracking, route optimization, AI driven scheduling).

OUR DIVISIONS

Likhaya Resources Group operates through three core divisions: Services, Mining, and Logistics. The Services division provides tailored support solutions that enhance operational efficiency across projects, while the Mining division focuses on responsible resource development and extraction aligned with industry best practices. Complementing these, the Logistics division ensures seamless, reliable movement of materials and resources, enabling integrated, end-to-end solutions that support the Group’s diverse operations and client needs.

LIKHAYA PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIES

Mining and industrial growth require procurement and supply solutions . As a youth owned Level 1 B BBEE enterprise, we are positioned to capture contracts through efficiency and empowerment credentials.

• Consumables (High-Demand Items): Supply of essential operational items such as PPE (helmets, overalls, boots, gloves, masks), reflective vests, safety signage, cleaning chemicals, and lubricants.

• Infrastructure Materials: Provision of construction and site development materials including cement, steel, pipes, valves, water tanks, fencing materials, and portable site offices to support mining and infrastructure projects.

• Equipment Hire and Support Services: Rental of machinery such as TLBs, graders, and water bowsers, as well as catering services to support workforce operations and project logistics.

• Office and Operational Supplies: Supply of office essentials including stationery, printers and toner, office furniture, and computer equipment to support administrative and operational functions.
